The new face of the old!
The historic tenement house which used to hold the legendary Stoewer factory, located in the Szczecin district of Niebuszewo, is to be renovated. The investor, who wishes to retain the historic value and appearance of the property, plans to adapt it to contain office spaces, as well as service and commercial outlets.
