Szczecin wants to establish a metropolitan association

 

Szczecin, together with the Szczecin Metropolitan Area Organisation, has taken steps to establish a metropolitan association.

 

Intensive works aimed to create a metropolitan association started two months ago. The Szczecin Metropolitan Area Organisation participates in the preparations of a detailed schedule of activities which will allow assessing the possibilities of creating such association.

The formation of the association is an opportunity to create a strong metropolitan centre in West Pomerania, ensuring the steady and sustainable growth of the whole region, increasing its international role, and enhancing the quality of life of all its residents.
