The Szczecin European Film Festival

Like every year, autumn in Szczecin will be a time for the cinema – thanks to another running of the Szczecin European Film Festival!
Starting on 17 October, this is the biggest film festival in the Polish-German borderland. The festival will screen more than 150 films, including 40 premieres!

Competitions showcasing the latest documentary films are an essential part of the Szczecin European Film Festival. This year saw the all-time highest number of almost 1,800 submissions.

The European Competition Committee, composed of Tomasz Raczek, Muriel Montini and Claus Löser, will evaluate 32 productions from 22 countries.

The Polish Competition Committee, composed of Agnieszka Obszańska, Andrzej Titkow and Maja Wolińska, will evaluate 10 Polish productions
