The organisation of Scandinavian Days in Szczecin is slowly becoming a tradition. The third edition of the event takes place from 21 to 24 April. This year's Scandinavian Days in Szczecin fit into the series of events associated with the Polish Presidency of the Council of the Baltic Sea States. Expansion of Bike_s

The Municipality of Szczecin and Nextbike Polska have signed a contract for the expansion of the public bicycle system in Szczecin. The contractor is to open 45 new bicycle stations until 5 August 2016. 29 stations will be created on the Right Bank, 14 in the West District and two in the North District (in total 45 bicycle stations and 344 bicycles).  

The Bud Gryf Trade Fair in Szczecin

The attractions of this year's edition of the Trade Fair include - shows and contests in the DIY Section, expert advice in the Architecture Section, painting with LAKMA products, and an opportunity to go 40 metres above the ground with an elevator. At the exhibitors’ stands, the visitors will be provided with the full offer of building and finishing materials and heating systems. The new theatrical season has the making of a very interesting one. The enthusiasts of disco polo music should be especially excited about it, as they will be given an opportunity to enjoy performances by their favourites. But not only them... The season opens on 20 May, with a celebration of Firefighters’ Day and a performance by Andrzej Piaseczny. Another concert is scheduled for 29 May – the “Disco Polo Night”.
