Changes in the National Museum

Due to refurbishment in the National Museum in Szczecin, and in order to keep the exhibits safe and comply with conservation requirements, some changes have been made to the exhibition dates. Apologising for the inconvenience, the National Museum in Szczecin wishes to assure its guests that, once the work is completed, its edifice will boast a refreshed appearance and improved functionality. Another nomination for the Philharmonic

The Mieczysław Karłowicz Szczecin Philharmonic has made it to the final stage of the “We are Europe” contest. By joining efforts, we can prove that Szczecin is the place to have made the best use of the EU funds so far. The main aim of the “We are Europe” contest is to promote the changes experienced, and the investments implemented by Polish cities thanks to EU-funded projects. Culture on View in Szczecin

The Culture on View project has been designed to provide the public with access to a wealth of legal cultural resources. A wide variety of movies, books, games and music albums will be available from special installations set up in the public spaces of Szczecin, between 17 August and 3 September. Over 900 digital movies, music albums, books, games and archival pieces will be available from the Culture on View installations. The Szczecin Triathlon

The triathlonists competing in Szczecin have again received an extremely warm welcome, both as regards the atmosphere and the weather. The competition at both distances attracted a total of 450 athletes who were not discouraged by high temperatures. The Polish Champion titles were won by Marek Jaskółka and Paulina Kotfica.
