PEKAO Szczecin Open 2015. A record-breaking turnout and a grade “5”!

The 23rd ATP Challenger Series the Pekao Szczecin Open (prize money EUR 106, 500) – the largest and oldest tennis event in Poland – has come to an end. This year’s winner is Jan-Lennard Struff from Germany. In the final, he defeated Ukraine’s Artem Smirnov 6-4, 6-3. The match clocked in at nearly an hour and a half. Designer-drug-free Szczecin

Based in Szczecin, the “Sztuka TAK!” Association is tackling the thorny issue of designer-drug use among teenagers and young adults by organising a series of awareness and prevention meetings across Szczecin. The first stage of the “DESIGNER-DRUG-FREE SZCZECIN” programme will be completed at educational institutions selected by the Prevention Unit of the Szczecin Police Department. These include 10 lower-secondary schools within Szczecin. The meetings will be addressed to first-graders.
