The official closing of the sailing season

Over 400 holiday locations, 35 different holiday suggestions, several dozen events organised in the summer season 2015, and nearly 700 satisfied participants in the programmes organised by the Sailing Centre – enrolled onto sailing sections and lessons, and to the Energa Sailing Education Programme. As usual, the ceremony at the marina started with the official striking of the flag and speeches given by the invited guests. Children from the "Żagielek" nursery school gave an artistic performance on this occasion, full of dances and songs.

Bear and penguin skate aids at Arkonka

Skate aids designed to facilitate ice-skating training have just arrived at Arkonka and will be offered to the youngest visitors of the sports complex in December. Free standing, with skate blades underneath, the bear and penguin skate aids are extremely stable and have received safety certificates. These aids will be rendered for use from the beginning of December, i.e. once the skating rink is opened. The youngest children will be able to use them free of charge, as part of the sports complex entrance ticket. The skating rink will open at the beginning of December.  

Startup Weekend

The Netcamp Foundation invites all to the second edition of the Polish-German Startup Weekend, which will take place on 23-25 October in Szczecin. This event will bring together creative people who will be setting up innovative projects with the assistance of experienced mentors. Startup Weekend involves three-day workshops for people interested in conducting businesses which rely on technologies and cutting-edge solutions. It is a reliable and international form of events backed by Google for Entrepreneurs and a well-known Techstars accelerator. It is also the biggest global startup society.
